1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gym Juice Experience website and services ("Services") operated by Gym Juice LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services and purchase tickets. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To purchase tickets, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital ticket with a unique QR code. Each ticket code is single-use and non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
5. Event Attendance
Ticket holders must present their valid QR code for admission. Once a ticket has been scanned at an event, it cannot be reused. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates event rules, poses a safety risk, or whose ticket cannot be validated.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) share, resell, or duplicate ticket codes; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) interfere with the operation of our Services; (e) impersonate another person or entity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on our platform are the property of Gym Juice LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Juice LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, event attendance, or inability to attend an event.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gym Juice LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
