Refund Policy

1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you are unable to attend an event for which you purchased tickets, the following refund policy applies.
2. Full Refund (7+ Days Before Event)
Requests made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Partial Refund (3–7 Days Before Event)
Requests made between 3 and 7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
4. No Refund (Less Than 3 Days Before Event)
Requests made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, as event costs have already been committed. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented emergencies.
5. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If we cancel an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically. We will notify affected attendees via email as soon as possible.
6. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
7. Free Events
Free event registrations ($0 tickets) do not require refunds. You may simply not attend. However, we appreciate advance notice so we can offer your spot to others.
8. Used Tickets
Tickets that have already been scanned/used at an event entrance are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
